Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Manila Jeepney Radio ("we", "us", or "this site") provides an interactive directory and player for Philippine radio streams. This policy describes information involved in using the site and the choices available to you. It is general information, not legal advice.

Information used by the site

You can use the radio without an account. Favorite stations are saved in your browser's local storage and are not sent to our server by the app. You can remove favorites in the interface or clear this site's data in your browser.

When you load the site, your browser connects to our hosting provider and Google Fonts. When you play a station, it also connects to the selected radio-stream provider. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, device or browser details, and request data, and may retain logs under their own policies. We do not control their data practices.

If you email us, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include so we can respond to your request.

Advertising and cookies

We have applied to Google AdSense and added its code to connect this site for review. Ad units are not currently displayed. The AdSense code loads Google's advertising script, which may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and page request under Google's privacy practices. The favorites feature uses browser local storage, not a cookie, and this site does not intentionally use analytics trackers.

If Google approves the site and ads are enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve, measure, and limit ads, prevent fraud, and create reports. Depending on your settings, location, and applicable law, ads may be personalized based on visits to this or other sites. Google's use of information collected through advertising products is subject to Google's own policies and controls. You can review or manage Google's ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings.

Before serving personalized ads to visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, as required by Google. Where applicable, consent choices and options to change or withdraw consent will be provided through the CMP.

Purposes, retention, and international processing

We use information you send to answer inquiries and rely on our legitimate interests to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site and its requested radio streams. Favorite data stays in your browser until you remove it or clear site data. We do not set retention periods for technical logs kept by hosting, font, radio, or advertising providers; consult those providers' privacy notices. Third-party services may process information in countries outside your own.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us at support@jeepradio.com. Because favorites are stored locally, you can manage or delete them directly in your browser. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.

Children and policy changes

This is a general-audience radio experience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Anyone under 18 should use the site with a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. We may update this policy as the site or applicable requirements change; the revision date above indicates the latest update.
